Our in-house marketing and creative services studio provides comprehensive brand development, graphic design and production, brand advertising and marketing, social media, and public and media relations. Information Technology

These professionals develop our portfolio of owned assets by handling construction management and overseeing the work of outside brokers, architecture firms, and general contractors. The group includes the architects, designers, and builders that bring visions to life across Edison Properties’ portfolio – from designing parking facility layouts, to maximizing storage space, to dreaming up new projects.

Customer Service Center

The Customer Service Center is usually the first point of contact for many new customers – with the mantra of “every call matters.” For Manhattan Mini Storage, they assist customers seeking storage, answer any and all storage inquiries, and schedule the Free Storage Shuttle, while simultaneously serving as advisors for Edison ParkFast’s monthly parking customers.

Human Resources

Employees become part of the Edison Properties family thanks to the hard work of this team, which nurtures our unique and inclusive culture. Human Resources handles recruitment, payroll, training, benefits development, and the planning of special team events and recognition ceremonies. They also benchmark our offerings against other local companies to ensure that we remain highly competitive.
